After visiting the fabulous Kempty waterfalls it was time to pay a visit to the famous adventure park of Mussoorie. I am a nature lover and am very fond of adventure parks and natural parks etc. so the Mussoorie adventure park was the perfect location for me. This adventure park is very famous among national as well as international tourists who are seeking for active tourism activities such as trekking, river rating, camping and skiing etc. the very idea of visiting this place filled me with thrill and energy. This adventure spot is a premier tourist attraction of the district and is easily commutable via public transport. So we reached to our destination in no time and with utmost ease.

The Mussoorie adventure park was established in the year 2003 with a perspective of offering thrilling adventure activities to those who seek entertainment in living on the edge. This whole premise is operated by the famous Real Adventure sports which is a part of the X-treme Adventure sports company. This is the largest adventure park of the region and draws tourists from nearby as well as far off destinations all round the year. The park remains open on all days of the week and also provides the perfect environs for a perfect click. Photographers love to capture the beauty of the alpines, the high rising Himalayan peaks and lush green meadows that surround the Mussoorie adventure park.

Many tourists are very keen to capture the candid moments of their adventures at this park. Few of the activities that one can indulge into are trekking, mountaineering, rafting, camping, climbing, skiing, parallel ropes, valley crossing, sky ride and rappelling and zip lines. These thrill stimulating activities are loved mainly by the youth who flood this site in large quantities annually.

The fee for the adventure sports offered at this park is not very low but is still nominal. The fee for  sky ride is Rs 600 per head, for valley crossing they charge Rs 200 to Rs 400, Rs 400 is the fee for the zip swing and Rs 5000 is charged for the Adventure Night camping at the Mussoorie wildlife sanctuary. This fee is applicable to a couple, inclusive of all charges.
